We have the ability to draw upon a vast network of diverse professional resources to create collaborative, multidisciplinary teams to provide targeted solutions for our clients. The combination of industry and consulting experience with a case specific team approach distinguishes Amitech Solutions from other firms. Each project receives active involvement from senior-level consultants with experience in the industries relevant to the clients’ requirements.

Amit Bhagat

Amit Bhagat is the founder, president and principal consultant. Mr. Bhagat’s principal responsibilities include developing and deploying business intelligence and performance management solutions. Mr. Bhagat has provided guidance to insurance, healthcare and financial services organizations, helping them achieve the next level of performance by employing information-based business strategies. Mr. Bhagat brings 16 years of experience in this field.

Prior to founding Amitech Solutions, Mr. Bhagat worked extensively with clients in healthcare and financial services organizations to develop and implement growth strategies as well as gain measurable improvement in their operational performance using IT enabled business initiatives.

Mr. Bhagat holds a Master of Business Administration with a concentration in finance and strategy from Washington University in St. Louis, Olin School of Business. He received his bachelor of engineering degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering at the Birla Institute of Technology, India.

Robert Palmer

Robert Palmer is Managing Director of Amitech Solutions. He brings experience in business-valuation in the medical, technology, service and financial sectors and in excess of twenty years of operational experience in managing privately held finance, service and consulting firms. His areas of expertise are financial analysis and valuation including risk-assessment, with a focus on financial and predictive modeling.

Mr. Palmer holds a Master of Business Administration with a specialization in finance from Washington University in St. Louis, Olin School of Business, and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with emphasis in finance from Regis University. He is a member of the Association for Corporate Growth, and is an Advisor and Judge for the Hatchery Program, Skandalaris Center for Entrepreneurial Studies at Washington University in St. Louis, Olin School of Business.

Naresh Sampat

Naresh is a Managing Consultant and the Director of Operations at Amitech Solutions. He has 25 years of Healthcare, Information Technology and Telecommunications experience. He has expertise in Enterprise Performance Management, Security Systems and Operations Technology. Naresh has had notable success in executing many key projects, developing and managing applications with strict SLA’s and a track record of identifying process improvement opportunities and implementing sustainable solutions to substantially reduce operating expenses and boost client satisfaction and corporate productivity.

Prior to joining Amitech Solutions, Mr. Sampat successfully managed the relationship for key Lines of businesses at Effective Healthcare Technologies, Inc. and at Netcom Systems.

Mr. Sampat holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur, India and an MS in Computer Science from Northwestern University, Evanston, Illinois.

David Theodoro, MD

Dr. Theodoro is a Director of Amitech Solutions. Dr. Theodoro is a practicing cardiothoracic surgeon and former president of a medical service company. He has broad experience in consulting, program development, team integration and contract negotiations. His areas of expertise are operational optimization, organizational change and employee management. Dr. Theodoro is responsible for firm strategy, professional recruitment and deal sourcing.

Dr. Theodoro completed Cardiothoracic Surgery training at The Mayo Clinic in Rochester, Minnesota. He finished General Surgery training at Washington University in St. Louis and the University of Pennsylvania, Philadelphia. He earned a Medical Degree from Washington University in St. Louis, School of Medicine and a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from Washington University in St. Louis.

Gregory Mayhew, PHD

Gregory Mayhew is a Director of Amitech Solutions. Dr. Mayhew’s expertise includes valuation, operational analysis econometric based decision modeling. Dr. Mayhew has extensive experience in advanced technology development and production. Dr Mayhew has managed design departments and implemented numerous start-up technical and business divisions. He holds five patents that cover multiple technologies and seventeen technical publications.

Dr. Mayhew holds a Doctorate in Information Theory and Discrete Mathematics from the University of Southern California. He earned a Master of Business Administration with concentration in finance and operations-management and Master of Finance with concentration in asset pricing and econometrics from Washington University in St. Louis, Olin School of Business. He holds a Master of Science in Digital Communications from the University of Southern California. Dr. Mayhew completed a Bachelor of Science in Electronics with a minor in economics from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. He is an adjunct professor of finance with St. Louis University, Cook School of Business.
