Refer A Friend Program Guidelines

Program Rules

• Full-time and part-time Amitech Solutions Employees are eligible to participate in the referral program.
• Hiring leaders are not eligible to receive a payout for a referral they have personally submitted and hired.
• Former Amitech Solutions Employees, who have left Amitech Solutions within the past 12 months, are not eligible candidates for the referral program.
• Interns are not eligible candidates for the referral program.
• Persons outside Amitech Solutions cannot participate in this referral program.

Reward

• $1,000 referral payment will be made in halves, 1/2 immediately, and 1/2 after the new hire has been employed at Amitech Solutions for three (3) months.
• There is no limit to the number of referrals an employee can make.
• Payment is to be made for referral of full-time, external hires only.
• Only one referral award can be given per candidate. If a candidate is referred by more than one employee, the first referral received will be the one rewarded if the candidate is hired.
• Referring employee(s) and referred new employee must both be employed at time of payment.
• Referral payment will be made in the last pay period of the month.
• Referral payment will be made as a part of the normal payroll check.

Submission

• To submit a referral, above form must be submitted.
• A referral form must be submitted prior to the applicant's interview being scheduled.
